We recommend cooking seafood hot + quick! High temperatures, around 425° for 10 minutes to the inch of thickness of the fish in the oven. If pan frying, cook for similar timing until transclusceny is lost and fish slightly flakes (or shrimp is turned completely pink)

 

Cooking instructions for our common deli items include:

 

STUFFED SHRIMP: 425° · 7-10 minutes

STUFFED FLOUNDER: 425° · 10-15 minutes

STUFFED PORTOBELLO: 350° · 10-12 minutes until mushroom is cooked. Add cheese + melt if desired (we love pepperjack on this recipe)

LOBSTER POT PIE:  thaw completely. Preheat oven to 350° + remove plastic. Cook for 40-50 minutes or until crust is golden.


We practice Preferred Seating which does not reserve tables but rather shortens (although may not eliminate) your wait time should there be one when you arrive.

Our full parking lot provides ample parking for our guests (please be mindful of not parking in the dock area which is for employees and deliveries only). Additionally, on weekends/evenings/summer, you may park in the adjacent East Lyme High School parking lot and walk through the opening of our shared fence. (Shoutout to all the amazing ELHS educators out there!)
